Strategic issue resolution
What it is

A strategic ‘issue’ can be thought of as an area of contention where there is disagreement and dispute amongst those concerned and where high complexity, uncertainty and risk have been associated with the issue. Generally there is no existing solution process/organization procedure to redress this issue.

We help Senior Executives develop a general set of actions to resolve strategic change issues by:
Investigating individual perspectives (through one-to-one interviews thus ensuring anonymity and allowing diverse and conflicting views to be collected).

Creating a group perspective (through facilitated group workshops).

Identifying critical and common themes by building and challenging group perspectives.
Negotiating detailed action plans and gaining agreement from all concerned for the implementation of chosen plans.

Activities in which we have assisted clients
:
Scenario planning industry trends for a financial services company.

Resolving disagreements between departments regarding customer relationships within Telecoms.

Compulsive competitive tendering options for R.A.F engineering.
Developing a clear picture of customer services for a major high street retailer.
