There is a multiplicity of possible purposes for research to be undertaken,
an infinite variety of activities that can be researched and a vast range of research methodologies that can be utilised during research projects.
At Strategic Interventions research is undertaken to increase personal, company and client knowledge. The research activities in which Strategic Interventions become involved can be collectively described as Organizational/Management Research. The methodology utilised is Action Research as it is an approach in which the researcher takes an active and deliberate self-involvement in the context of his/her investigation and it promotes the involvement of people most likely to be effected by possible organizational changes in the identification and development of the changes.
To ensure that research at Strategic Interventions is robustly undertaken, all research projects are subject to quasi academic checks for reliability, validity, generalization, credibility and recoverability.
Undertaking research in this manner will ensure that Strategic Interventions always provides an enhanced and unique service to
its clients.
