We operate as Facilitators of Strategic Change. In this role we can become actively engaged throughout all phases of an organization’s change programme, dependent upon client instructions.

However, the ability to work across the full spectrum of change initiatives requires individuals with unique combinations of competences. For example: Strategic Planner + Business/Process Consultant + IT Specialist + Change Manager + Interim Executive.

Due to the extent of strategic organizational change activities we are asked to participate in, the fact that we guarantee rapid delivery of agreed objectives and the academic and practical expertise needed to undertake complex change programmes we always attempt to ensure that our consultants are ‘over qualified’ for the work to be undertaken. We never select from those people who are ‘off the clock’, we always select the right people for the work to be undertaken.

For example, we have been approached to:
Undertake an audit to identify an organization’s readiness for change.
Carry out ‘pilot change programmes’ to establish the difficulties that may be faced during a full scale change initiative.

Manage a strategy development process (applying the JOURNEY Making approach) to identify emerging practical ‘change’ strategies/goals/initiatives .

Identify new and existing business processes that will be affected during a divisional change programme and dynamically model these changes prior to project implementation.
Establish what changes will be needed to an organization's existing IT/Telecom systems to support proposed organizational changes.
Develop integrated performance management /measurement systems for holistic strategic change programmes based on the Balanced Scorecard technique.
