Strategic Interventions was formed to assist Board Directors and/or Senior Executives simplify complex strategic concerns. The company engages with people who are about to become involved in, or who are already involved in the various forms of 'Strategic Organizational Change’. Not change in a limited sense, but transformational/continuous change that comes from the identification of gaps between potential and actual performance and the need to close these gaps. Whenever, Strategic Interventions works with clients project emphases always include; continuity of client engagement, delivery of negotiated objectives, meticulous attention to detail and the dissemination of knowledge to clients, gained through both practical experience and robust academic research. During multi-phase engagements one of Strategic Intervention’s principal consultants normally takes an active involvement throughout the whole project lifecycle often interfacing with a number of different client Executives/teams/individuals.
